The Maker.
The screaming face as a craftsman — a back-strapped flip-up welding mask, gloves and little shoes in warm brown (#835336), over a full work jumpsuit in deep amber (the emoji's own #BB5F03), with bare yellow wrists between glove and sleeve, clothed from every angle. Its round head keeps the emoji's own coloring: a soft blue→gold gradient (blue washes the top and melts into the warm yellow face — never a hat), and the blue intensifies when it screams, like the original. The face stays yellow skin. At rest he wears a lovable crooked smirk with big, bright, open eyes — the clever, self-assured maker, awake and ready. The signature open mouth takes over when surprised; the eyes are small with pupils when calm and pop wide and blank when screaming. And it recreates the original 😱 exactly — smooth hands on the face — whenever we want the classic mark.

The classic original-😱 recreation and the mask-down welding hero come next, re-rendered in this outfit as part of the model sheet.
The Maker
Welding goggles on the crown + work gloves. The most on-brand, literal tie to fusion = welding. Reads as “the maker” even when calm — but the goggles are a costume that's always on.

The Sprite
Expressive eyebrows + a signature blue cowlick. The stronger character — the brows carry real emotion (see the concentration when welding), so it works in any context, not just the forge.

Character locked: the Maker — back-strapped welding mask, brown #835336 mask/gloves/shoes, deep-amber #BB5F03 jumpsuit, bare yellow wrists, gradient head, yellow skin, the eye system, recreates the classic pose. Next: build the model sheet → train the LoRA so we can summon it in any pose on demand. (C, the Sprite, stays on file.)
